Join Bandlandia and a bunch of your banded friends at Performance Playground, for
a PRIVATE (Yes, that's right! Private! 
Only us and our banded buddies can be here at this time!)
workout session led by Vickie Griffith, certified professional Personal Trainer. She will
introduce everyone to the various equipment, and help you get started, at your own pace!
This is a special favor being done for us by the folks at Performance Playground.

Sur La Table, Sunday, Nov. 6th at 6:00pm for an evening of “Dining with the Doc!”
Dr. Fred Maese will be educating us as well as entertaining us with some heart-healthy cooking
along with professional chef, Leslie Moore. Our menu selections will reflect the unique needs of
weight loss patients. We will also have a dietician on hand to provide additional tips for healthy
eating. We expect a lively, fun crowd, so come ready to enjoy some good food, and some good fun!
And we will have a couple of prizes to give away!

Blvd E. a block or so past Bennigan's.

Bandster Dinner Event - Get together with lots of your banded family! Food, drinks, friends, fun!
Match faces with those names on the boards!
Jason's Deli has five or six soups daily and lots of salads. It is
set up cafeteria style so individual checks aren't a problem and we
don't have to wait for the checks. I talked to the manager today and
it is fine for us to set tables together in a quiet section of the
restaurant. The lunch meal is their busy time so the evening will be
fine. There is not a private dining room but there is also not a lot
of loud music.
